All American Title was founded in 1995 by the president of All American Title, Susan H. Luther. Sue bought a local Brandon title office, located on State Road 60, from her prior employer. At that time, the office had 3 employees. Since then, she has diligently searched and gathered specific individuals who exemplify the same work ethic that Sue believes in. After several years of hard work, Sue bought and built a beautiful building in Lumsden Executive Park designed exclusively for the title insurance business and its customers.

All American Title further expanded into the SouthShore area of Hillsborough County in July of 2004 by opening an office in Ruskin and in 2007, Sue bought a building and remodeled it for the new SouthShore office. All American Title further expanded to Tampa in May 2009. Both branch offices have a staff employees working to ensure the best title experience for all of our customers in the SouthShore and Tampa areas.
