Sue has been in the title insurance industry since 1977 and the president and owner of All American Title since 1995. She has diligently pursued her career by learning every aspect of the title industry from searching the public records to closings to accounting and management. Additionally, Sue taught the Title Insurance Licensing courses through the local community college. She currently handles the commercial closings at All American Title and is "Hands-On" with every transaction within the company. Sue is dedicated to keeping every customer pleased with their experience at All American Title.
Jeanne M. Henderson - General Manager
Jeanne has been active in the title industry since 1979. She started as the first marketing representative in the area and soon she was known by everyone in the Brandon area. Wanting to further understand the business, Jeanne learned all about processing and then closings. She is an excellent addition to All American Title and even holds her Real Estate Brokers License for additional help and understanding for our customers and clients. Jeanne also manages our South County office.
Sabra Kent - Refinance Closer
Sabra has been with All American Title approximately 5 years and has rapidly moved from receptionist to bookkeeping to processor and is now our refinance closer. Customers love Sabra as she is anxious to help them with any questions and their refinance closing needs.
Maureen "Moe" Menninger - Sales Closer
Moe has been active in the title industry since 1977 gaining experience in Arizona, California and Colorado prior to moving to Florida. While in Florida, Moe earned her Title Insurance License and brings her vast array of knowledge and experience to our company. She has joined All American Title and is currently the Sale Closer for our Brandon office
Tim A. Stoner - Business Development, Brandon and SouthShore
With a background in sales, Tim is a welcome addition to our Business Development department. In addition to his sales knowledge, Tim has previously worked in the title insurance industry doing closings and customer service. Having also held a mortgage broker’s license and a Georgia real estate license, Tim is a well-rounded and valuable asset to All American Title.
